This website is operated by TANGO-FEVER Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TANGO-FEVER Ltd. TANGO-FEVER Ltd offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website & services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us, in case your contact details are not correct or incomplete. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our online store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, bank/credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information through the web-store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

The cancellation, refund policy below applies to all purchases made via the TANGO-FEVER Ltd website (www.tango-fever.com), and/or via the SAMRANTECH App, Website or booking software (TANGO-FEVER Ltd) or directly to TANGO-FEVER Ltd. By placing an order with us you agree to accept the cancellation & refund policy. If you do not agree to this policy then you should not make any purchases via our TANGO-FEVER Ltd website, or the SAMRANTECH App, Website or booking software – TANGO-FEVER Ltd or directly to TANGO-FEVER Ltd. 

ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY GROUP CLASSES & WORKSHOPS 

After your initial purchase you may cancel your order for up to 1 hour after the transaction has been made. If you cancel within this time frame any payments made by you will be refunded within 14 working days. Please note that an administration fee of £10 will be charged for all returns, in order to cover bank and administration expenses. If you do not cancel within 1 hour, we will confirm your order. Once your order is confirmed, it is non-refundable. Order cancellations must be made at your earliest convenience by email, quoting your order number to info@tango-fever.com 

CLASS CANCELLATION 

In the unlikely event TANGO-FEVER Ltd needs to cancel a class or workshop, we will attempt to contact all clients via our TANGO-FEVER Ltd newsletter and social media channels, and will return any credits to clients who booked prior to cancellation. Clients and/or members must ensure that they provide TANGO-FEVER Ltd with their correct and up to date contact details. 

EVENT (MILONGA) CANCELLATION

Our Social events (Milongas) can be subject to change and/or cancellation. This applies to the I Love Mondays milongas in Euston, the Tango Garden milongas on Saturdays, the Tango@Spitalfields outdoor milongas, or any other events organised by TANGO-FEVER Ltd only. TANGO-FEVER Ltd reserves the right to cancel any Social events / Milongas they organise due to exterior factors such as extreme weather conditions or venues not being available due to exterior factors of their own.  Also in these cases TANGO-FEVER Ltd will attempt to contact all our clients via our TANGO-FEVER Ltd newsletter and social media channels.

TANGO TEACHER SUBSTITUTION 

Tango teachers (freelance or directors) working for TANGO-FEVER Ltd may be substituted for another equally suitable and qualified tango teacher at the discretion of TANGO-FEVER Ltd at any given time, without notice. As we are still providing a class with the same quality content, refunds will not be granted in the event of Teacher Substitution at any of our venues, classes, and events.

PRIVATE CLASSES & PACKAGES

After your initial purchase of a private class (appointment) or private class packages, you may cancel your order for up to 1 hour after the transaction has been made. Once your order is confirmed, it is non-refundable. Order cancellations must be made at your earliest convenience in writing via email to info@tango-fever.com.

All our private classes & packages purchased via online or in cash/card payment, are valid for 6 months starting from the purchase date (not the date of the first private class). Meaning you will have to use the number of classes in the packages within 6 months

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to allow enough time to pay and/or check-in for your appointment.

We operate on a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you do not turn up (on time) for your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee in these circumstances. Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment/private class before the 24 hours notice period is NEVER a problem and is free of charge. Private class cancellations must be made at your earliest convenience by email to info@tango-fever.com, phone call, text message or WhatsApp on 07530493826.

TANGO-FEVER Ltd SUBSCRIPTIONS 

Before you sign up to a any TANGO-FEVER Ltd membership/subscription, please make sure that you’ve read these Terms of Service & Conditions carefully. By purchasing any TANGO-FEVER Ltd subscription, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms & conditions and agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute a membership contract between you (the Client) and us (TANGO-FEVER Ltd). All subscriptions are personal and non- transferrable. 

CONTRACT DURATION 

The minimum membership contract duration is 1 month (or as per the contract agreement). You will pay a monthly fee (as per membership options) which will debited from your bank account automatically every month, on the same day that you signed up. And will keep running until we receive your cancellation of your membership in writing, by post or email to info@tango-fever.com 

MEMBERSHIP FEES & CONDITIONS

TANGO-FEVER Ltd reserves the right to review and change their subscription/membership fees & conditions at any time. We will give you 14 working days written notice of any upcoming changes. If your membership comes to and end and you want to start it again, your new membership fee will be charged at the prevailing rate at the time of the renewal. If you fall behind with your membership fees and this is not caused by a bank error, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your membership. And refuse you entry/participation of TANGO-FEVER Ltd classes and/or events.

JOINING FEE 

All TANGO-FEVER Ltd Membership Programs have NO joining fees

MEMBERSHIP TIME-OUT (under revision)

You can Time-Out your membership for a maximum of 14 days at a time. For all membership Time-Outs TANGO-FEVER Ltd will charge a £5 administration fee charged on the month that the membership is inactive. An email needs to be sent at least 24 hours in advance to info@tango-fever.com in order to Time-Out a membership. 

MEMBERSHIP CLASSES 

Tango Class credits must be used within each month of your contract. The amount of classes per month per contract/membership, is clearly stated on the TANGO-FEVER Ltd website and order confirmation. Class credits cannot be carried over or extended to the next or any other month.

MEMBERSHIP WORKSHOPS 

If your Membership includes discounts on Tango Workshops, please note that this is only valid for TANGO-FEVER Ltd teachers and workshops organised by TANGO-FEVER Ltd. They are NOT applicable for workshops organised by or in cooperation with TANGO-FEVER Ltd regarding Visiting Tango Teachers. 

MEMBERSHIP MILONGAS 

If your Subscription/Membership includes Free access to the I Love Mondays Milonga in Euston, and/or the Saturday Tango Garden Milonga note that these milongas usually are organised on a weekly basis. All our Milongas can be subject to change and/or cancellation. This applies to both the I Love Mondays and Tango Garden Milongas organised by TANGO-FEVER Ltd only. TANGO-FEVER Ltd reserves the right to cancel any Social events / Milongas they organise due to exterior factors such as extreme weather conditions or venues not being available due to exterior factors of their own.   

CLASS CREDIT POLICY 

Class Credits have an expiration date that is clearly stated on the TANGO-FEVER Ltd website, order confirmation and your class pass, and cannot be used after this date. Any unused expired credits will not be refunded. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons such as illness or injury with accompanying documentation at our discretion, in which case an admin fee of £5 will be charged. Management reserve the right to refuse to grant credit extensions. 

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION 

When signing up as a TANGO-FEVER Ltd member, you join for a minimum term of 1 month, after which point you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time provided that we have received a 14-days written notice. You must pay your full subscription/membership rate if your payment is due less than 14 days after the date you notified us. The contract will automatically renew after 1 month.

Once your direct debit payment has been made and received in full there can be NO REFUND of set subscription/membership.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

In no case shall TANGO-FEVER Ltd, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TANGO-FEVER Ltd and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service & Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service & Conditions, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

TERMINATION

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms of Service & Conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service & Conditions at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service & Conditions, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service & Conditions and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service & Conditions). Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service & Conditions shall not be construed against the drafting party.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

All TANGO-FEVER Ltd classes and social events are considered PRIVATE events. Therefore TANGO-FEVER Ltd reserves the right to refuse service and/or entry to any of our classes/events. OR to retract entry to our classes/events if and when we deem it necessary. Without having to give a reason.

CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE & CONDITIONS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our TANGO-FEVER Ltd website or the Services following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
